  • Denay Brown concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate and health care. She routinely advises clients regarding real property acquisitions and dispositions, the negotiation and preparation of leases, landlord/tenant disputes, and a variety of other real estate based litigation and transactional matters. Additionally, she provides transactional, administrative, and regulatory representation to both individual and corporate health care providers. Mrs. Brown frequently utilizes her experience in both areas to advise clients on real estate matters unique to the health care industry, including assisting health care providers with achieving and maintaining regulatory compliance during the acquisition, disposition, financing, construction, and leasing of real property. In conjunction with these practice areas, Mrs. Brown additionally advises clients regarding entity formation and operation, employment matters, and administrative matters, including licensure issues and discipline.

    Mrs. Brown is a Tallahassee native who earned her Bachelors of Science in Real Estate, cum laude, from Florida State University. Mrs. Brown joined the firm as an associate after obtaining her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Florida State University College of Law.
