Nicholas “Nick” Cleary focuses his practice on civil litigation in state and federal court. Mr. Cleary previously served as an assistant general counsel for the Florida Department of Education and as a Staff Attorney at the First District Court of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court.

During law school, Mr. Cleary was an Articles Editor for the Florida State University Law Review and President of the school’s Christian Legal Society chapter.

Mr. Cleary is a member of the Administrative Law Section of The Florida Bar and was a participant in the 2023 Division of Administrative Hearings Trial Academy.
